What test should I do?

It depends on your goal!

If your goal is to get in shape or stay in shape, or you would like a general idea of your overall health, we recommend BOD POD, DEXA, or RMR testing.

If you are a runner or cyclist, or would like to test your aerobic fitness level, we suggest VO2 Max or Lactate Threshold.

If you are a strength trainer or looking to work on strength training, we recommend BOD POD, DEXA, or RMR testing.
