Why should i opt for the Fitnescity Dietary Assessment?

The consultation will be conducted by a clinical research dietitian, and will be based on a thorough analysis of your current nutrition profile, goals and health profile. The staff will analyze your food log using a proprietary, research-approved nutrition analysis software.

During the consultation, the staff will map and compare your current nutrition profile with clinical guidelines for a balanced diet, and will provide personalized recommendations based on your unique health profile, lifestyle and goals.

How do I prepare for my Dietary Assessment?

You will be required to provide a three-day food log and answer an easy-to-use electronic questionnaire.

Do I need to take the Metabolic Rate (RMR) test before?

You are encouraged to take the Resting Metabolic Rate Test a few days before your consultation. The test will provide valuable inputs about how your body burns calories (i.e. how many calories your body burns at rest, and whether your body uses mostly carbs or fat for fuel).

However, if you are not able to take the test, or if you wish to get a stand-alone consultation, you will still be able to get valuable insights and coaching from the consultation.

what happens after the Dietary Assessment?

Following the consultation, you will receive access to your Fitnescity profile, which will include your lifestyle data and food log results, a summary of your nutritional assessment and goals, along with the actionable recommendations that were delivered to you as part of the consultation.
