Operations Associate
Job Type: Full time.
Location: Newark, NJ (hybrid) or remote (NY, NJ, CA, and TX only).
We are seeking a rockstar Operations Associate to help drive our national expansion.
This is an entry-level position (0-3 years) and you will report to the Head of Operations or Head of Product.
Your role will be to help manage the company’s wellness testing operations. You will join a small team in an early-stage environment with massive potential. You will be responsible for managing several aspects of operations pertaining to health and wellness tests completed by Fitnescity's partner clinics and labs. You will monitor and execute on existing processes, as well as develop and execute on strategies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
Strong attention to detail is a requirement for succeeding in this position:
· Detail-minded and process-oriented.
· Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Excellent communication skills
· Some experience with customer happiness.
· Familiarity with HTML and CSS a bonus, but not required.
Qualifications
· You have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Management or a related field.
· You have some experience in Operations (1-2 years).
· You must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· You are familiar with the fitness, wellness or healthcare industry.
