Growth: Account Engagement Manager

 

Job Type: Full Time or Intern.

Office location: Remote

Responsibilities

·      Deeply understand our partner base and what drives retention among cohorts.

·      Lead and refine partner cohort analysis.

·   Work closely with Operations to understand current pain points and implement initiatives to increase engagement and growth.

·      Lead partner engagement end to end (lead generation, outreach, and other content).

·      Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (activation, retention, loyalty): Identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results.

·      Work with the team to unlock innovative, company-specific strategies for growth.

 

Qualifications

·      You have an Undergraduate or a Master's Degree in Management.

·      You have Growth / Marketing / Business to Business experience. You are good with numbers.

·      You must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·      You should be comfortable working with little supervision (training will be provided).

·      You have excellent writing skills (this is a strict requirement).

·      You are familiar with the fitness and wellness industry.
